Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 2 cups oat flakes
  • 1/2 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender. Beat until well blended. There should be a slightly thick dough.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan and place a little of the mixture.
  3. Let cook for two or three minutes and flip. Repeat the operation with the entire mixture.
