• 1 large ripe avocado, halved, pitted, and peeled
• ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• ¼ cup full-fat coconut milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ¼ teaspoon instant espresso powder
• 2 tablespoons honey or real maple syrup
Add all the ingredients to the bowl of a food processor.
Process until the mousse is smooth and creamy.
Spoon the mousse into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. The colder it gets, the better.
Spoon into serving bowls and enjoy.
