Mixed Berry Mango Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Serves 1

½ cup oat milk

½ cup crushed ice

¾ cup frozen strawberries

½ cup frozen raspberries

1 medium-sized frozen banana

¼ cup diced mango

1 tablespoon flaked coconut

1 tablespoon chopped almonds

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

Directions

Add the oat milk to a blender along with the crushed ice, strawberries, raspberries, and banana.

Blend until smooth.

Pour the smoothie into a bowl.

Arrange the diced mango on top followed by the coconut, almonds, and hemp seeds.

Pop into the freezer for 5 minutes to allow the smoothie to firm up a bit. This will make it easier to eat with a spoon.
